Steven has joined Ward Realty to focus on income producing properties on and around Topsail Island. His specialties include multi-family, retail, industrial and residential properties.
First licensed with Marcus and Millichap in Tampa specializing in multi-family investment sales, he served as a commercial agent for 10 years, working along the Gulf Coast from Tampa to New Orleans before moving to Topsail Island in 2014. Steven says, “I love the beach and living on the island. I am very excited about the development occurring on Topsail Island and the surrounding areas.”
Prior to that Steve graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in International History. He then served for 6 years with the US Army, Special Warfare Division as a Psychological Operations Specialist.
